The flight attendant forced the pregnant mother to clean up the spilled food

The incident sparked the pregnant mother’s fury when a flight attendant forced her to clean up food that had been spilled.

Baseball star Anthony Bass is angry that his 22-week-pregnant wife was told by a flight attendant to get down on her knees and clean up after their toddler.

The family of the pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays was on a United Airlines flight when the in-flight crew noticed that popcorn had gotten on the floor.

Bass’s wife was on board with their two daughters, and the attendants made her clean up the mess.



The Blue Jays star vented on Twitter, even having a conversation with United Airlines’ customer service representatives. However, many users seem to have sided with the flight attendant, so the post appears to have backfired.

“The flight attendant @united just made my 22-week pregnant wife traveling with a 5 year old and 2 year old get on her hands and knees to pick up the popcorn mess by my youngest daughter,” Bass tweeted.

Within minutes, United Airlines responded with the following: Anthony, welcome. We absolutely comprehend your concern and would like to investigate this.

Please DM your wife’s confirmation number and any additional information regarding her interaction with this crew member when you have time.



However, Bass’s complaints have not been well received by fans, who have backed the United crew for cleaning up after his wife’s daughters.

When Anthony Bass heard that his pregnant wife was told to clean up on a flight, he became enraged.
